Love Letter for Him from the Heart

As cheesy as it may sound we’re all looking for love in our life. Some of you may have been lucky enough to find it, other perhaps not as much. Whichever one it is you should know that love is out there. And one of the best ways to express it is through a letter. Here are a few letters that can help you find the words to express yourself.

The first letter

Dear Brian,

We’ve been friends for a while now and each day I find myself growing more fond of you. You are strong of heart, and kind of word. Things which are a rarity in any day and age. Life is short, so I want to tell you that I love you now rather than wait any longer. I’m not sure if you feel the same way about me, but I hope you do. I’ve seen the way your eyes light up when you see me. I’ve noticed how you laugh when I say something funny. And I’ve felt your hand linger on mine every time they touch. I am yours, and I want you to be mine.

Love,

Rebecca

Anniversary Time

Dear Joe,

I think about the time we met at Rachel’s party. Instead of trying to blindly hit on me like all the other guys you actually tried to have a conversation with me. You respected me enough to treat me like I was a real person, and I love you for that. You are a treasure, my treasure, and on our two year anniversary I want to tell you each day since we met I’ve loved you more. You have a passion for life and kindness that touches everyone around you. I hope we’re always together, and that your love for me grows each day too

Forever Yours

Anna

Just Because

Dear Michael

There aren’t many people in my life who have touched my life in the way you have. I have no doubt that you are the one. My one true love. What we have can’t be described in words, but I feel like trying anyway. You are the most caring soul I have witnessed in my life. You make me feel things I didn’t think were possible, and make me believe that they love you hear about in movies and stories are a reality. As the days go on and everything changes I know the one thing that will stay the same is how I feel about you.

Love,

Emma

Love Letter’s for Husband

Marriage is a beautiful thing. A sacred bond between two people that is meant to last a life time. Sometimes people can get so caught up in the routine that they begin to take their feelings for granted. When and if that happens, it’s important to remind the other person how you feel about him. Bearing your emotions and your soul is what love is all about. And there are few better ways to express this than through the written word. In today’s post we’re going to give you a love letter submitted by one of our readers. She wrote this at a time when her relationship with her husband was suffering from the pressures of life, and she says that it helped their relationship grow. Here’s to hoping you can learn from her writing, and use it to grow your own relationship. Please note that we have changed names in order to protect our readers’ privacy.

Dear Alex,

We’ve been married for over five years now. I still think back to the people we used to be before we got married. So young, so passionate and filled with desire for the greater things in life. When I was with you the world seemed like a magical place where if everything were to fall apart we’d be okay because we’d have each other. I write this letter on the fifth anniversary of our union to tell you that I still feel that way. I still get a sense that life is a grand adventure every time I look at you, talk with you, and laugh with you. I still think about you when you’re not around. And I thank my stars every day that you were written into my life. Now you’re no cup of tea. You can be impatient, boisterous, and downright careless at times, but we all have our faults. I’m sure you could list a few things about me that annoy the Hell out of you. But here’s the thing. I hate those things, but I wouldn’t change them any day of the week because that is what makes you Alex. That is what makes you who you are, and those are things I have learned to love about you, as strange as it may seem. After five years we’ve accepted each other completely, flaws and all. And I think that show’s how we’ve grown through each other. I don’t ever see a day coming when I don’t love you. What we have is a rare thing. The stuff of fairy tales, and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

All my Love,

Rose

Love Letters for Boyfriends

It’s important to tell people how you feel about them. Only by being honest with each other about what is within can people develop long lasting, stable and romantically fulfilling relationships. In that spirit here are a few letters you can send to your boyfriend. Feel free to use them as is, or ideally you can use them as inspiration for a letter of your own.

After A few days into the relationship
Dear Tom,
I know it’s only been a few days and it isn’t cool to tell each other how we feel so soon. But I believe in following my heart. Since the first moment I saw you I have loved you. You are sweet, gentle and kind in a world where these qualities are becoming harder to find. I think about each moment we spend together, and it kills me when you’re not by my side. All I want is walk with your hand in mine, two people who complete each other, two people made for each other.
Love,

Jane
When he’s away
Dear John,
You’ve been gone for a week now and I’ve thought about you each day since. I keep dreaming about that night we walked in the park together at night and we told each other how we felt, the air was cool, and the night sky was dotted with thousands upon thousands of stars. I want you and I to be able to have a hundred, no, a thousand more nights like that. I know you’re thinking about me too. I’m waiting, hurry home.
Your Love,
Rachel
After your first fight
Jack, I know I can be headstrong and opinionated and sometimes I let my anger get the better of me, but I’m just a human being. And I think the only reason I get so mad is because I care so much about you. And, if we’re being honest I think that’s why you get so riled up too. We only get mad at the people we love. And I do think we love each other. Let’s forget about this and move on in our relationship. Let’s talk about books, and music, and life. Let’s forgive each other and laugh, and love and live.
Always Yours,
Penny
At the end of the each letter has to come from within that special place inside your heart. Hopefully these examples have given you some insight, and a little inspiration. Follow your heart, pick up that pen, be honest and brave and great things will happen to you.
